George accepted the fact that he found himself living on the street with good grace and went on to find someone who would love him and feed him. Unfortunately that person already had 3 cats and because SAFE was full, he continued to feed and love George until we had a spot for him. It took a while, but George was in no hurry and as he is such a chilled cat, he took it all in his stride. In fact he was happy to sleep in the sun and folllow his temporary carer around to check what he was doing – all in a day’s work for George.
Despite not knowing us at all George let us stroke him after only a day settling into SAFE Haven. He is a very friendly, affectionate cat who welcomes your attention and loves to smooch. He will make a wonderful, loving pet.
George would fit into almost any home, but as with any cat, if you have children under 5 please supervise them in the same room.
