When she arrived in her new home it didn’t take long for Amber to shed her caution and begin to talk and flop down for pats. Over the first week she started to become more affectionate and curious about the ‘outside’ so her owners made sure that all of the windows were escape-proof & were careful when opening doors. At one month Amber had picked her favourite person and officially became an adult cat. She had certainly grown! 3 months later and Amber still doesnโ€™t really like being picked up but she purrs like crazy when stroked and scratched under her chin. She is a lot calmer now, but in the evenings she is a ball of energy and runs around the house. Her owner says “Amber has turned out to be a super-intelligent, super playful cat who is forming strong bonds with us and we love her so much”.
