I know from having boarded Toby with SAFE a few times that SAFE runs on love which to me is the most important thing 🥰
After I moved to Chatswood and before I discovered SAFE, I boarded Toby on one occasion with another local cat kennel. When I collected him a few days later he was stressed out of his mind, so much so that he didn’t recognise me and clawed my arms trying to get away, it was awful. Took him ages to forgive me. But after his stays at SAFE he is always happy, calm and relaxed, which means SO much to me. I am very grateful to you all and recommend you whenever I meet other cat owners.
