Pikachu is not like any other kitten—and that’s exactly what makes her so special. She’s looking for someone just as unique as she is. Could that be you?
This sweet girl has already been through more than most cats in her short life. Pikachu had to undergo eye surgery on both eyes for a condition called entropion which was probably congenital. , Her eyelids turned inward and the lashes rubbed painfully against her eyes. It’s a rare condition in cats.
Thankfully Pikachu’s surgery was a success and she requires no ongoing medication. Due to the severity of her condition before treatment, it’s possible Pikachu has some restricted vision. She copes well but will need a calm, predictable environment to feel safe and confident. Understandably this experience has made her very cautious and shy around new people and places and she will need a calm, stable patient home with adults and responsible teenagers where she can take her time to settle in.
Once she feels safe, you’ll have the chance to build a bond with a cat who truly knows what it means to trust, a cat who has fought through hardship and come out the other side.
Pikachu doesn’t need perfection—she just needs kindness, consistency, and someone who sees the heart behind those healing eyes.
For her safety and wellbeing and due to her colouring Pikachu needs to be kept indoors.
