Peaches is a beautiful 3-year-old girl who originally came into SAFE with her tiny 3-day-old kittens. The family were quite unwell when they arrived and needed medication and plenty of care to get them back to good health.
Unfortunately, Peaches wasn’t a fan of being medicated! The experience left her feeling wary of people, and she became quite elusive and unsure about human interaction.
Eight months ago, one of our wonderful volunteers offered to foster Peaches and show her that humans can actually be pretty wonderful. What a difference it has made! 💕
Peaches has absolutely thrived in foster care and has blossomed into a loving, affectionate girl who now enjoys spending time with her humans. She has discovered just how lovely pats, attention and companionship can be, and she is now ready to find her very own forever home.
Peaches would be best suited to a quieter home with children over 12, where she can settle in at her own pace and continue to build her confidence. Once she feels comfortable and knows she is safe, Peaches will make a truly wonderful and affectionate companion.
After everything she has been through, this gorgeous girl deserves a forever home where she can continue to shine. ❤️
