Lucy is one of our longer term residents who arrived at SAFE almost 2 years ago. She had 4 kittens in care who have long been adopted but due to her shyer nature Lucy was not so lucky. So five months ago a wonderful volunteer offered to foster her and since then Lucy has really flourished.
She has grown to become very playful and loving towards other cats and gets braver interacting with her foster family every day. Lucy is not yet comfortable with being handled or touched, however, when she is offered a treat she will sit on her carers lap or stand on her legs. On some occasions she has slept in her carers bed and purred.
Lucy would be a perfect match for a family looking predominatly for a friend for their resident cat. Based on her progress in foster care we think with time and patience she will grow more comfortable with humans.

Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven. All proceeds are going back to the pets waiting to find loving homes.
