Kit Kat and Maggie are very affectionate and don’t ask for much – just some love and oh yes some food! They sometimes like to have a chat especially when they’re hungry and are just lovely to have around.
KitKat and his sister Maggie have lived together for 10 years. They love to snuggle but also spend time apart doing their own cat things. They like to sleep and can often be spotted spooning and curled up together in bed which is very cute. Through no fault of their own they have come to SAFE and we have loved them for quite a while now. We can’t believe that no-one has recognised the light they bring but we have no doubt that someone special will come along to scoop them up and take them home!
KitKat sometimes enjoys splashing in his water bowl, dunking his paw in repeatedly and then licking the water off. He loves his sister but he would rather not share her with other cats. Maggie doesn’t do the water thing but she, in turn, is a sweet girl. This adorable pair would fit into almost any loving home.
You might think that as they are not spring chickens (or cats for that matter) they would have some issues, but we have put them through relatively stringent health checks and they have come through with flying colours.
If you have never had a bonded pair before you don’t know what you’ve been missing. You never have to worry if your cat is lonely because they always have the comfort of another cat. In this case two is much better than 1+1 so take the plunge and give these two oldies a home – you won’t regret it.
