Freckles is an adorable 5-month-old black-and-white kitten with the sweetest personality and an incredible story.
When Freckles and his sister, Speckles, were found, they were just tiny 5–6-week-old kittens living in a car wrecking yard that was about to close down. The people were leaving the property, and these little kittens, along with the other cats living there, were going to be left behind to fend for themselves.
Having known very little kindness or safety in their short lives, Freckles and Speckles needed someone to give them a chance.
And look at Freckles now! He has made the most incredible transformation. He is a sweet, loving and social little soul who starts purring the moment he sees you. He absolutely adores attention, loves being around people and gets along beautifully with other cats.
It’s hard to believe he is the same frightened little kitten who once had nowhere safe to go. He just needed someone to show him kindness—and now he is ready for the next chapter of his life: a loving forever home where he will never have to fend for himself again.
As Freckles is still young, he would love to have company throughout the day. He could be adopted together with his sister, Speckles, or would also make a wonderful second cat in a home with a friendly feline companion.
Freckles would love a home with respectful children over the age of 8.
