Enzo absolutely adores the people he knows at SAFE and is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves attention. Before arriving in April, he was incredibly affectionate with his rescuer, but the busy environment at SAFE made him unsure & it took him a little time to relax.
When meeting someone new, Enzo can be shy at first and may hide or keep his distance. If you come to meet him, please be prepared to give him a little time and space to feel comfortable. The first impression isn’t the whole Enzo — there’s a very affectionate love bug waiting underneath and once he’s sure of you his loving personality will really shine!❤️
The best way to help Enzo relax is to let him come to you in his own time, without pressure and with patience and understanding, .
Enzo would thrive in a quiet household with children over 12. If you’re looking for a gentle, kind-hearted companion and are willing to wait just a little while this special boy comes out of his shell, you will be rewarded with the affectionate companionship he once so freely gave to his rescuer and then to us ❤️
