Bubble & Squeek are a bonded pair of brothers who have been in SAFE’s care for the past eight months. They arrived as tiny kittens who were extremely shy, spending most of their time hiding from the world around them.
Since then, they have made wonderful progress. They are now happily venturing out to see what’s happening around SAFE, and their playful, curious personalities are beginning to shine. They love exploring, playing together and keeping themselves busy, and it’s been a joy to watch their confidence slowly grow.
The brothers are at different stages of their journey. Squeek has become much more comfortable around people and enjoys pats and interactive play with the volunteers. Bubble, the grey and white brother, is still more cautious and prefers to observe from a safe distance, often making it clear when he’s had enough attention. He is watching and learning from Squeek every day, and we expect his confidence will continue to grow in the right home.
These boys would love the chance to experience a real home environment. They will likely need time, patience and understanding while they settle in, but once they feel safe, they’ll relish having space to run, play and enjoy a second kittenhood together.
Bubble and Squeek are looking for a calm, patient family who will let them adjust at their own pace without pressure. Watching these two continue to blossom will be incredibly rewarding, and the family who gives them that chance will be helping them discover just how wonderful life in a loving home can be.
