Blossom is a very affectionate senior. She spends her days quietly waiting for someone to give her a few pats and chin scratches and in between she likes to nap and ponder on cat things, although pats and scratches are very much on her terms only.
Over the years Blossom has decided that she can do without other cats – as long as she has a special human to love her, she is more than satisfied. Because of this she will need to go to a home with no other pets. Maybe you will identify with these sentiments and be prepared to give her a place to live and love where she will have all the time in the world to go about her cat business.
Most of us have some ailment or other as we grow older and Blossom is no exception. She has hyperthyroidism which is a common condition in senior cats. It is treated very easily by rubbing a small amount of cream on the inside of her ear morning and night. Blossom allows you to apply it with no fuss at all – in fact she seems to enjoy the contact.
