Pippin is a very sweet 6-month-old boy who has been growing up in foster care with his three siblings. When he first came into care, he was very shy, but he has come such a long way and is slowly learning to trust people around him.
Pippin has a gentle nature and absolutely loves interactive play, especially string toys where he can chase, pounce and run around while someone plays with him. Toys are also a wonderful way to win him over—although he is initially cautious with strangers, he will gradually come around when given a little patience and some fun playtime.
His confidence has improved so much since he first arrived. He now enjoys having a pat and is much more trusting of his foster family. He also loves the company of other cats and will happily snuggle up with them. Once he feels comfortable, he enjoys sitting with his people too, whether curled up on the bed or relaxing beside you on the couch.
Pippin will need a little time and patience to settle into a new home, but we believe that in the right environment he will continue to flourish and become a wonderful companion.
He would be best suited to a quiet home with no children under 12, where his new family can give him the time and space he needs to build his confidence. Pippin would also love to have another friendly cat in his new home, particularly if his people are away for part of the day. A feline companion would provide him with comfort, company and a familiar friend to help him feel secure.
