Billy is an adorable 3-month-old tabby boy who came into care from the pound with his brother, Goat. Both boys settled into SAFE very quickly and have been winning hearts ever since.
Billy is an incredibly friendly, cuddly, and affectionate kitten who loves spending time with people. Whether he’s chasing a wand toy, wrestling with his brother Goat, or curling up for a cuddle, Billy is happiest when he’s surrounded by love and companionship.
