Our lovely Sandy now has a beautiful new name: Kendi, which means “she who loves and is loved” in Kenyan. 
Kendi (on the left) has settled in wonderfully—especially when it’s time for a nap! The goldfish video on YouTube never fails to lull her to sleep 
She’s also found a best friend in Annabelle (adopted from us 3 weeks previously) and now copies everything she does. 
Their wonderful adopter has thoughtfully set up the home so both cats have their own quiet spaces whenever they need them. She says she’s so glad Kendi joined the family—and so are we!
